Rudy Gaona
It’s that time of year when candidates start gearing up their campaigns. In Anaheim, Mayor Tom Tait and Councilmembers Gail Eastman and Kris Murray are all seeking re-election to a second term.
There are lots of rumors about which non-incumbents are running, but so far the only one to formally organize a campaign is Rudy Gaona.
Gaona ran for council in 2012 and 2010. In 2012, he received 5.6% of the vote and finishing eighth in a field of nine candidates ( spent and received less than $1,000).
In 2010, Gaona garnered 2.2% and finished last in field of 14 candidates.
He filed his intention to run and formed a campaign committee on October 1.
